Dear SideKick Cardholder,


We are writing to share an important update about your SideKick Card program.


Effective immediately, Sidekick is no longer able to accept new clients or additional deposits from existing cardholders. This means that no new funds can be loaded onto your card at this time.


However, please be assured of the following:

• Any funds already on your card remain available and fully accessible to you.

• You can continue to use your card for purchases and transactions as normal until May 31, 2026.

• No action is required from you at this time — your existing balance is safe.


We understand this is unexpected news and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you.


We will provide further updates about the wind-down process and what steps to take before May 31, 2026. Please watch for future communications from us.

We want to be transparent with our cardholders and partners about a change to the SideKick Card program. Please read the following questions and answers carefully.


Q: What is happening with the SideKick Card program?

Sidekick is winding down its card program. Effective immediately, we are not accepting new clients or additional deposits from existing cardholders. The program will fully wind down by May 31, 2026.


Q: Can I still use my Sidekick card?

Yes. If you already have a balance on your card, you can continue to use it as normal for purchases and transactions until May 31, 2026. Your existing funds are safe and accessible.


Q: Can I load more money onto my card?

No. Effective immediately, Sidekick is not able to accept any new deposits or fund loads from cardholders. Only existing balances can be used.


Q: Are my funds safe?

Yes. Any funds already loaded onto your Sidekick card remain available and are yours to use. We encourage you to use your remaining balance before May 31, 2026.


Q: What happens after May 31, 2026?

After May 31, 2026, the Sidekick card program will no longer be operational. We will provide more information about any remaining balance procedures as we get closer to that date. Please watch for updates from our team.


Q: Can I sign up as a new SideKick cardholder?

No. We are not accepting any new clients at this time.
